Terms of service
Omdana Maker products have a 6-month warranty from the day of delivery of the product.
The buyer must follow the following points in order to make the warranty valid:
1.- With the receipt signed , the client accepts that he receives the merchandise it in perfect conditions.
2.- Omdana Maker offers a warranty against manufacturing defects. (Examples of manufacturing defects may include structural flaws, broken parts, missing pieces, or incorrect assembly.)
3.- In case of a manufacturing defect, Omdana Maker will exchange/replace the damaged merchandise.
4.- Damages caused by burns, scrapes, cuts, intentional mistreatment, misuse, damages caused by animals ,and damages caused by exposure of the product in inappropriate conditions are not covered by this warranty.
5.- Any modification, change or alteration of the original characteristics of the merchandise or any of its parts cancels this warranty.
6.- To make the warranty valid the original proof of purchase is required.
7.- For the correct cleaning and maintenance of your furniture, only use a clean, dry or semi-humid flannel. The use of any abrasive products, alcohols, solvents or household cleaners voids this warranty.
8.- Your furniture should not be exposed or in contact with direct sunlight or any type of humidity.
