Thank you for shopping at Omdana Maker!
You can cancel within the first 12 hours of your purchase. If 12 hours have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered an exchange of any kind.
In case of a manufacturing defect (Examples of manufacturing defects may include structural flaws, broken parts, missing pieces, or incorrect assembly.), Omdana Maker will exchange/replace the damaged merchandise or offer a refund.
Returns due to manufacturing defects are accepted within the first 24 hours.
Eligibility for refunds and exchanges
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in the original packaging.
- To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Only regular priced items can be refunded; sale items cannot be refunded.
Changes (if applicable)
Items will only be replaced if they are faulty or damaged. If you want to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at contact@omdanamaker.com.
Late or missing refunds
- If you still haven't received a refund, please check your bank account. Contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- If you have done this and still have not received your refund, contact us at contact@omdanamaker.com.
Shipment
The duration of the shipping process is contingent upon the purchased product, ranging from a minimum of 2 weeks to a maximum of 8 weeks.
Please do not return the product to the shipping provider. We will forward the instructions.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs of your returned item.
Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Based on your location, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
